Friday 21 May 2004, by Sarah : I couldn’t even read all of that. A little dramatic aren’t we? Jeez. The girl Gunn went to go visit is Anne and Illyria said Gunn would last 10 minutes, not 5. Lindsay, although he appeared to have changed, had just failed at an attempt to join the Circle of Black Thorns and Angel probably knew that he was only in it for the hell of it. He has no desire of being a hero or fighting the good fight. In real life, you don’t often get resolution. I think that if there had been too much resolution, it would have made the finale more fake. I think it ended perfectly.Friday 21 May 2004, by AngelusSax : I agree that this ending wasn’t enough for me. But, the fact is, it ended with a continuing fight, which was kind of the theme of Angel all along. The fight never ends. Champions keep fighting, no matter how hopeless it is. Of course, I am a little, shall we say . . upset, that Angel had to sign away the Shanshu . . . but then maybe it never was about him and it really was about Spike, who fought for his soul to begin with. Friday 21 May 2004, by Anonymous : wonderful...Friday 21 May 2004, by Anonymous : i don’t know if you notice, the signature angel did this time, looks different from the one he sign on when he took over wolfarm and hart. he is technically NOT liable for the signature there.. so one of them ensouled vampire, would still have a chance on being a real boy!!!Friday 21 May 2004, by Anonymous : What a DRAMA QUEEN.
