Gee Angelfanforlife sounds like your attitude was extracted from some brown place. You might meet the man she married before writeing him off. He might bring happiness to someone! Not to mention the entertainment I have received from Amy’s years of work. If she never worked again she has accomplished more than anyone I know and I’m damx sure more that you know. HAVE A NICE DAY! Congrats Amy and James!

Wednesday 25 August 2004, by Darren :

Congratulations! Thats excellent news! Oh wait a second, no its not. Its really, really not. Just when we were all thinking about these lame Angel TV movies that were gonna be made, (As lame as they sound we still want the Buffyverse to continue somehow) Acker has to ditch her role of Illyria and instead have a kid. I mean, i am really happy for her, but not for us. All we’re gonna get is some half assed Spike movie, and although Spikes my favourite character this idea still sounds crap. Illyria and Spike had such potential of a spin off, but now? Well, crap ensues... Sorry for my skeptisism folks, but its true, and we know it. Kinda like when Cordelia degraded herself by getting her big nips out for Playboy remember? Alas, sad times.

Actually, Charisma Carpenter was the first girl in Jossverse to have a baby. And, of course, David Boreanaz has his son.

But congrats to Amy and her husband for another Jossverse baby!

Actually, Kristine Sutherland has a teenage daughter. And Tony has his two daughters, and James has his son.

Angelfanforlife how does having a child prevent Amy Acker from having a career? Most successful movie/tv stars take time in their lives to have children, why shouldn’t someone with a budding career take time to do the same? Amy Acker is a talented actress and I have no doubt she wil go far, unlike some of her co-stars who we may never hear from again (unfortunately). I congratulate her and James!

I am so thrilled to hear that Ms. Acker is going to be a mom. Children are one of the most wonderful things that a person’s life can be blessed with. I wish her and her husband the best, and I hope and pray that they have a healthy and happy baby!!!! Congrats and best wishes!!!
