One article says he’s interested in doing something tv-related with ’Faith’. Now he wants out of tv altogether and Mutant Enemy is closing down.

Reality tv has won I guess.

That’s sad...TV is missing a lot without Joss.

Best of luck to him. I’m with you, Mr. Whedon!

GOD! These articles are killing me! lol. one moment i get huge hopes for him coming back, like one article just three links away said that he was interested in a Faith Spin off and now he wants out. I’M DYING. lol. ok, ok. you know what? maybe it’ll be for the best like this, if he gets some time off he can tone his ideas, you know. instead of trying to force them and coming up with something crappy (Which I think is impossible for him to do) we should just ...you know wait, be patient and let him start to miss the stuff. He’s a genuis he just needs inspiration.

UAH!!! This is worse news then when Angel was cancelled. I’m just devastated. Whedon is leaving tv, there is no hope for that medium anymore...

Imagine that! You keep hitting a guy repeatedly with a chair every time he has a great idea, and suddenly, he runs out of ideas? Hmmmm.... There might be something to that. Nah, must just be an odd coincidence.

I for one love and respect the fertile mind of Joss, and I hope that one day (hopefully soon) Jossverse will once again be my escape from reality!

Joss Whedon could write about a paperclip, and the show could run at 3 am on Tuesdays, and I would be there FAITHfully in front of my TV watching (with all my other TV’s also tuned in, just in case that helps make a difference!)

Joss is smart to take a break from TV now. He is brilliant, and he needs to recharge. He’s too good for the current state of television, so it’s a good time to enjoy his wife and children for a while. Maybe, if tv ever gets back to using creators who can actually create, and writers who can actually write, Joss will be ready to help them along.

I’d just like to say that anyone who uses the word "skein" to mean "TV series," or the word "laffer" at all, should be shot on sight. Thank you.
