Those seem like outakes from an old photoshoot that appared on Maxim Magazine a few years ago. The only thing I remember it was Monica Potter on the cover andit was February. The following month, Maxim had the Red Leather Eliza Dushku on the cover.

It looks like they might be unpublished photos from the Maxim photoshoot he did back in the March 2001 issue. In one photo he’s wearing the same brown leather coat and in another he is standing next to that same pool and next to the bamboo (?) plants wearing the same clothes.

Not sure of issue dates or anything but...I am a graphic designer and know that "Corbis" is a stock digital photography group. You can download for a fee or order discs with certain subjects and such. Maybe a starting place...?
