Spike comics coming up soon, Firefly comics coming up soon; Joss’ big movie coming up, the Whedon verse is still live and kickin’. In the past the only good Buffy books were the Gatekeeper series. And from what I have read this is a let down as well. As for what I have heard about the ’unimaginable gift arrives...’ is very... I wont say stupid because some people will dig it. But a lot wont. I at one time respected a Nancy Holder Buffy book and looked forward to it.... but now she keeps pimping the normal fluff. I like star trek books because they have stories about the other people on the shows. Buffy books have become all about Buffy, Spike and Willow, and thats it. If the Buffyverse wants to last as long as Star Trek has, it has to remember that people like all the cast. Not just the three that the shows writers made into never wrong & power mad icons.
